I am in no way affiliated with Whole 9 or the Whole 30 Program. There are modifications I make personally to this program that work for me. I will do my best to make note of these modifications as I go through the program. The Whole 30 is intended to be a strict regime, one that will not work for everyone. While, I will say 98% of what I am doing goes along with the program, I realize that the program was created to be followed to the letter. I applaud anyone that can follow this program at 100%, however everyone is different in what they need from a nutrition program, that includes me.

I will be discussing if and when I fall off the wagon, how I need to modify, and what I am going through. A good example of this is headaches as a result of sugar withdrawal. I have yet to find a home remedy that works for me and I work very long hours at a business that I run. Likewise, working while in that much pain is not something I have the luxury of. So far, the only thing that remedies these headaches is Tylenol. This is a modification that I had to make, and for that I will not apologize, but I will make note of the fact that it is not recommended by Whole 30.

Any other modifications, I will make similar note of.
